Who we are

Fatima Al Hashmi, trading as Gambit Solutions (“we”) is responsible for the personal information you send us through the project enquiry form on gambit.solutions. You can contact us about this notice or your information at hello@gambit.solutions.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry we receive and store what you type into the form:

To protect the form from spam and abuse we also store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address with your enquiry (we cannot recover your IP address from it), and keep the same hash in short-lived records of recent attempts, deleted automatically (at the latest within a day), to limit repeated submissions. We do not set cookies on this site, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (which can include IP address and browser details) under its own terms.

Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer information through the form.

How we use it

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
